Alpaca wool coat – Cler grey

The fabric is natural, so to preserve its condition, it’s important to take proper care of the garment. Please note that if you like to carry a shoulder bag, constant friction may damage the fabric. It is also recommended to avoid direct sunlight, and if the coat becomes dirty, it should be taken to a professional cleaner. Steaming is allowed.

We do not recommend wearing alpaca fabric garments in the rain or sleet. However, if the coat does get wet, hang it on a hanger, let it dry naturally, and gently brush it afterward.

More about the fabric
This is a high-quality Italian-made fabric, unique for its fiber length and weave. The fabric is woven so that the sheep’s wool lies underneath, while the long alpaca fibers are on the surface—creating a particularly warm and beautiful texture. The alpaca fiber is glossy, very soft, and smooth—the quality can be felt with just one touch.

Alpaca wool is six times warmer than sheep’s wool due to its fiber structure, making coats from this material ideal for winter. The tiny air pockets throughout the fibers reflect body heat, providing excellent insulation. Alpaca wool contains no lanolin, so fabrics made from it do not attract dust, mites, or moths. It is also three times more resistant to wear and abrasion than sheep’s wool.

Please note that according to the fabric manufacturer’s technical documentation, natural shedding of fibers is a normal property of this material and does not affect its quality.
